Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery time Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday volume.
Holiday orders For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please order by December 1.
Tracking Every order ships with tracking. Tracking information can take 2 to 5 days to update after you receive your shipping email.
Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
